Guided Site Survey
Heart Hand Land offers bio-regional site visits to locations throughout the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and Northern New Hampshire.
The plant walks focus on identifying medicinal and edible plants & mushrooms to the best of our ability. Our goal is to bring you into deeper connection with the land, educate you how to be a better steward, share insights on sustainable land management practices and make some new plant friends to support you along the way!
We offer various packages that fit your needs. Bookings are limited - please contact us with your location and the package you’re interested in. We are also very open to bartering for these services, just reach out and we can discuss!
Travel within a once hour drive of Lyndonville is included in the price. While we are happy to travel, locations outside of the hour radius will be $10 per every 15 minutes more of travel.
One Hour Plant Walk
Best for properties less than 5 acres or for a specific area of a property
$125 for walk + optional $65 for extensive write up featuring plant/land information (medicinal qualities, edibility, caution plants, ecosystems, other valuable information and photographs)
Three Hour Plant Walk
Best for properties more than 5 acres or more thorough/extensive surveys.
$325 for walk + optional $150 for extensive write up featuring plant/land information (medicinal qualities, edibility, caution plants, ecosystems, other valuable information and photographs)
This service is provided to educate and inform you of traditional uses for plants. We do not give information that would replace proper medical treatment. You assume all risk and will be required to sign an informed consent for release of this information.
